One of the great things about being a graphic recorder is how it allows you a peek at so many different worlds. Last week, I spent a day in Syracuse, NY, capturing a meeting held by the American Dairy Association North East to discuss crisis management for dairy farms. It was fascinating to learn about the concerns of the farmers who produce the milk I buy without much thought at my local grocery or convenience store, and I came away with even more respect and gratitude than I had before.
