The gifts have been opened, the New Year’s Eve party’s all cleaned up and everyone’s back to their regular routine. Still, it’s hard to believe another decade is at hand. I don’t know if these 20s will roar like the last ones, but I guess we’ll find out soon.
2019 was an amazing year for Breakthrough Visuals. We created infographics for clients like Evolved Media and The Ability Network of Delaware. We did illustrations for Communication Solution’s new website, continued to do monthly cartoons for blogs like The Healthy Travel Blog, Service Max and Rework and visually enhanced numerous PowerPoint presentations.
And we also did a lot of graphic recording. We worked with big corporations like Johnson and Johnson, Dow, Merck, Lincoln Financial and Tiffanys and Co. and with non-profits and universities like The Bristol Meyer Squibb Foundation, The Fox School of Business, Drexel University, and the Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation. We even stayed up until 2:00am to scribe digitally over Skype for an organization called We Love Reading, for a conference held in Amman, Jordan(it was 9:00am there).
2019 was our best year ever, but we’re betting 2020 will top it. Whatever the future holds, there’s no doubt that visuals will be an increasingly important tool for communication.
